Doulas make birth better
Birth Doulas help to guide families through the choices of modern childbirth with evidence-based and up to date information. We offer non-bias, non-medical support, and encourage you to relax by offering comfort measures such as massage, guided breathing, change laboring positions for labor to progress and make you as relaxed and comfortable as possible. We are your partner's trusted labor book of reference to also boost his confidence. We are here to guide you and your family in this amazing transformational journey and welcoming your baby.
Childbirth Education Class is either a series of workshop (Comprehensive) or a one day (Express) workshop offered to help you navigate through the process of pregnancy, childbirth, and postpartum. We will cover topics such as effective communication, creating a birth team, decision-making skills, impacts of nutrition, optimal maternal & fetal positioning, and labor coping techniques so that you can have a well-informed birthing experience you deserve.
